Fine regional cuisine

Our restaurant hosts guests every evening from 7:30 to 9:00 in a warm and convivial setting. During nice weather, consider having a cocktail on our outdoor patio.

For groups of 15 or more, it is possible to request lunch in the dining room.

Our two chefs, David and Gilles, offer guests gourmet tastes of our finest regional cuisine. You will discover a filet of Aubrac beef accompanied by a delicious regional potato and cheese puree known as Aligot, St Jacques brochettes, or even a house prepared fois-gras.

Our designer lounge and bar are at your disposal for relaxing, discussion, reading, or having a drink.

The lounge is equipped with a billiards table, television, and a children’s corner.

Breakfast is served buffet-style Monday to Friday mornings from 7:30 to 10:00, and from 8:00 to 10:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (Room service is also available for just 5€ a day).

We provide a complete breakfast filled with variety including: home made cookies, cakes, pastries, sweet breads, cold meats, cereals, baked breads, crepes, fruit, yogurt, jams, eggs, as well as regional products such as local Laguiole cheeses and an orange blossom sweet bread called Fouace.
