Breakfast is served as a buffet from 7:30 to 10 a.m. It is of course possible to order it in your room (5€ per day) or to take it earlier, on simple request.

We offer a varied and comprehensive breakfast, combining sweet and savoury dishes. The buffet is made up of local products, including charcuterie, regional Laguiole cheeses, boiled eggs and Fouace de Laguiole, as well as brioches, cereals, various types of bread, small crêpes, home-made cakes, gluten-free products, fruit, fresh fruit salad, fresh cheese, jams, fruit juices, etc.

Sports lovers and hikers will get all the energy they need to explore the Aubrac!

Our restaurant “L’Âme Gourmande” welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, in the evening from 7.30 until 9 p.m. You can have an aperitif on the terrace, accompanied by tapas or local charcuterie.

Our fine local cuisine is made with fresh products. Discover our beef fillet from Aubrac with Aligot, our snack of scallops or our home-made semi-cooked foie gras… Not forgetting the unmissable dessert buffet made by our pastry chef! Don’t hesitate to let us know about any dietary needs, intolerances or allergies you may have, we’ll be happy to accommodate any special requirements.

Group lunches are available on request (for groups of 10 or more), and picnic baskets can be ordered in advance.
